This default menu is where you can set different trading strategies
for any or all of the indicator calculations, including ESP.
<A> Trades - Here you can trade the long side only, the short side
only, or be in the market at all times by trading both sides.
<B> Required Pre-Signal Duration - to fully understand this you
should read the section of the manual on the Filtering Concept
and ESP. This setting will help eliminate some whipsaws, but
might also eliminate some good trades.
<C> This setting determines the price at which a trade is executed and
therefore used in all of the indicator performance calculations.
<D> Ignore First Trade - Many indicators, because of the nature of
their method of construction, are not useful until the number of
days used in their calculation have passed. It is recommended
that you always ignore the first trade of all indicators.
<E> Close/Cover on Last Day - This will let you see the performance
of the indicators up to the most recent data in your data file.
<F> This will stop out a trade at the percentage set. Limits drawdown.
